New Barbecues have been installed!
To maintain the grills:
1. keep sauce to a minimum and use grill mats.
2. Scrape clean grills after use.
3. Keep area around barbecues clean, water and garbage cans are close by.
4. Report any problems to Mariya.
5. Turn off lights after use.
There have been a few owners reporting signs of termites. Please check your units for signs and call the bug man
(808-269-8114) or get Mariya to check your unit. Problems inside units and doors are the responsibility of owners.
Please abide by our house rules.
All dogs and cats must be pre-approved by the board.
We have new washing machines! And a coin dispenser machine in the laundry room.
An AED has been installed by the office.
Due to continued sewer issues on the property, the Board has placed a moratorium on allowing washer and dryer on the property effective February 21, 2020 until further notice.
